plenty of room to spread out and enjoy separate activities in this large
luxury home. You can see Quick Silver Lift from the decks and living room of
this well-maintained home in rare Breck ski-in ski-out single family
neighborhood.

Awesome Ten Mile Range Views are breathtaking from almost every window! Mt.
Helen, Peak 10, 9, 8 and 7 are a stunning backdrop to your Breckenridge
vacation. Although this beautiful home backs up to the national forest and ski
area for views and privacy, it is just a 4 minute drive to Main Street Breck
on a year 'round, well-maintained city street.
Walk to Main Street via the Burro Trail (right/north) in just 15 minutes
(daytime), or access the bike trail from Breckenridge to Frisco, Vail and beyond!
Turn left on the Burro Trail and enjoy the quietude of the backcountry in just
a minutes! Hiking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing and mountain bike access
from this home to pristine lakes, peaks and amazing waterfalls. Intermediates
can ski Burro Trail to back of home. Beginners have 1/2 walk uphill from Lower
Lehman green (easy) run.
Home is beautifully decorated with mountain decor and fully equipped with
games, pool table, and other amenities for family fun! Fully furnished with
all linens, towels, and robes for the hot tub. Just bring your toiletries and
clothes. Initial supplies of papergoods, cleaning supplies furnished for your
convenience.
Enjoy the mountain views from the Hot Tub and while you are barbecuing on
the large deck overlooking Peaks 7, 8, 9 and 10 and Quick Silver Lift.
The well-equipped kitchen also has mountain views, a large bar and polished
granite countertops and is part of the great room so the cooks are not left
out of the conversations. Two sets of washer/dryers (upper and lower levels)
for your convenience.

We live in same great neighborhood (as does the co-president of Vail
Resorts, who is just up the street) and are generally available if you have
any problems or concerns during your stay. We can also assist you in finding
your own mountain dream home or condo when the time is right!

ping pong and air hockey. Nintendo on the third floor!
5 bedrooms plus big screen TV room (can be 6th bedroom
with sofa bed); Sleeps 17 in beds.
